Shopping Online with the Blue Chair Bay Store is safe and easy. We want you to love the items that you purchase. If you are not happy for any reason at all, we will glady accept a return of your purchase as long as you follow the simple rules and steps that are outlined below.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

You may return your order for a refund or for exchange within 60 days of purchase. All unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging may be returned for store credit. (Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.) SALE and/or CLEARANCE items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. * (Shipping prices vary for international orders)

Return Instructions

1.) Email us at returns@bluechairbaystore.com for instructions within the time frame listed above.



2.) All items must be in the same condition that they were sent out in.



3.) Please include the original packing slip and the reason for the return.



4.) Mail the package to the address specified in the instructions. We encourage you to send the item back via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or some other insured, traceable means as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us and we sign for it. We also encourage you to email us the tracking number for faster processing.



5.) When we receive the item, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return.



Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable.



Items purchased on our website may not be exchanged or returned at our retail locations.
