Shopping Online with the Blue Chair Bay Store is safe and easy. We want you to love the items that you purchase. If you are not happy for any reason at all, we will glady accept a return of your purchase as long as you follow the simple rules and steps that are outlined below.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
SALE items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. (Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.) A shipping fee of $8 will be charged for all exchanges. If you return an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee of $8* will be deducted from your refund. If you return item(s) on a multiple item order and the balance of the order no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping fee of $8* will be deducted from your refund. * (Shipping prices vary for international orders)Return Instructions
1.) Email us at returns@bluechairbaystore.com for instructions within the time frame listed above.
2.) All items must be in the same condition that they were sent out in.
3.) Please include the original packing slip and the reason for the return.
4.) Mail the package to the address specified in the instructions. We encourage you to send the item back via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or some other insured, traceable means as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us and we sign for it. We also encourage you to email us the tracking number for faster processing.
5.) When we receive the item, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on our website may not be exchanged or returned at our retail locations.
